Your business is listed in more places than you think. Are they all still right?

Your website, your Google listing and your social pages each carry a phone number, an address and a set of hours. If one of them is out of date, the customers who find it can't reach you. We go looking for the places your business appears, tell you what doesn't match, then correct it.

Your phone number. Get one copy of it wrong and the customer never reaches you

This is what it looks like. Same business, three listings, one of them left behind after a number changed. Nothing here is broken, nothing throws an error, and nobody gets told.

Doesn't match

Example, not a real business. The person who found you on Facebook called the third one.

AI recommends what it can verifyWhen someone asks an AI assistant who to hire, it isn't picking the best company. It's picking the one it can confirm is real. It cross-checks your name, your phone number, your address and what you do against everything it can find. When those all agree, you look legitimate. When they don't, you get left out of the answer, and nobody tells you why.
01What we fix

The work, not the report

The audit finds the problems. Correcting them is what you're actually hiring us for. After the audit we'll tell you what correcting it would cost. No obligation either way. Six things we look for on every business. Here they are, and here's what we do about each one.

Make your details match everywhereYour phone number, address, hours and business name are sitting in a dozen places online, and they drift apart over time. We track down the versions we can find and make them match. Not just correct, but worded the same, so nobody has to guess which one is current.
Finish your Google Business ProfileThis is what shows up when somebody searches your name. The categories, services, hours, service area and photos all affect whether you appear in a local search at all. We complete them, then correct anything that's wrong.
Clean up your social pagesHalf‑finished profiles, pages nobody has posted to in two years, and duplicate pages you didn't know existed. Each one is somewhere a customer can land. We complete the real ones and deal with the ones that shouldn't be there.
Reply to your good reviewsEvery four‑ and five‑star review gets an answer written in your voice. Anyone reading your reviews is also reading whether the owner ever bothered to respond. We write them, then keep up with new ones as they come in.
Track down listings you don't know aboutDirectory sites carry your business without asking you, and they carry whatever they picked up years ago, often an old address or a disconnected number. We find them and correct them. You can't fix what you don't know is out there.
Keep it from slipping againDetails wander on their own. Your hours change over a holiday, a platform redesigns what it displays, someone updates one listing but forgets the rest. Once everything matches, you can take it from there, or we can keep watching it for you. Entirely optional.
Who is actually doing thisEvery check is done by a person who knows what they're looking for. Nothing here is a scanner running a template over your business. Where a platform lets us in as a manager, we make the corrections ourselves, and you never hand over a password. Where a platform's own terms don't allow that, we send you exactly what to put and exactly where to put it.
02The audit

It costs nothing to find out

It's called the Visibility Audit. 41 checks, scored out of 100, grouped into six areas. Those six areas are how the score is broken up, and they aren't the same six as the fixes above.

It starts with a very short form. We work remotely, so where you're based makes no difference, and we aim to have your results back to you within a day. It costs you nothing, and the findings are yours whether or not you ever hire us.

A low score is not a judgment of your workThe score measures how complete your online setup is, not how good you are at the job. A low score means the setup is incomplete. It does not mean anything is wrong with the business. If we look and find nothing worth correcting, we will tell you that, and it will have cost you nothing.
03How findings are written

Every finding is one you can check yourself

You won't get a list of things that are wrong and an invitation to panic. Every finding tells you where we looked, what we found, why it matters, and what can be done about it, in that order, every time. We name the place we looked so you can go and check it yourself.

Example. A single finding, written out. Not a real business.
1

Where we lookedWe opened your Google Business Profile and compared its service area against the towns listed on your website.

2

What we foundYour website names five towns you cover. Your Google profile has no service area set at all.

3

Why it mattersWhen somebody two towns over searches for what you do, there is nothing on your profile telling Google you cover where they are.

4

What we do about itWe set the service area on your profile to match the towns already listed on your website.

04Who this is for

Anyone who gets found before they get hired

Most service businesses get looked at before anyone calls. Cleaning, plumbing, landscaping, auto repair. If this is how your customers look you up, this applies to you.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Someone else set up your Google listing years ago and you've never checked it.

You have a Facebook page you haven't been very active on.

Your hours changed at some point. Did everywhere else get the update?

You get most of your work by word of mouth and have never really needed to think about marketing.

None of this means you've done anything wrong. Usually it just means you've been busy doing the actual work.

05Straight answers

Honesty is the whole product

We won't tell you how many customers this gets you. Nobody can know that. Anyone who hands you a percentage is guessing, and a guess dressed up as a projection is the oldest trick in this industry.

What you get instead is a straight answer: exactly what is in the way right now, exactly where we found it, and what can be done about it. If we look and there is nothing worth correcting, we will say so.
